Our 8 week challenge includes unlimited classes so you can choose the intensity and frequency of your challenge journey - whether that's an hour twice a week or half an hour four times a week - we'll leave that up to you! Our best advice is to choose a schedule you can commit to - anything over and above that is a bonus!
