Workout Warriors.

Our outdoor class is designed purely to make you feel like a badass! During summer this class will be your favourite way of working up a sweat! In winter we’ll move indoors but still include exercises such as Tyre Flips, Sledge Hammer, and Sled Pulls. See you there superwomen!

 

HIIT Training

HIIT Stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. We run this class as a circuit, which mostly involves weight training using machines, dumbbells, TRX & kettle bells. Little cardio spurts between circuit stations such as mountain climbers and bike minutes guarantee this class is a time-efficient way to get to your goals.

 

Punchfit & Kickfit.

Similar to Boxfit, these classes produce the most sweat! Felt mostly through the upper body and the core, Punch Fit uses boxing drills whereas Kick Fit uses lower body and the core, through Kickboxing techniques. Both classes involve cardio, and explosive movements to get you toned, fit and confident. To top it off, you might feel excellent stress relief!

 

Circuit

Our circuit classes combine a combination of exercises designed to work your whole body. Performed with short rest periods between sets, this class is designed to build muscle and raise your heart rate. It’s a great way to get variety into your workout and keep workout fatigue at bay!

 

Plyo Pilates.

Pilates with a HIIT twist by using plyometrics intervals to amp up the pace, sweat, fun and results through incorporation of Mat Pilates, Barre, Body Weight, Resistance Band and cardio spurts. This class is a higher intensity than Pilates alone and can be expected to be a bit faster but doable at any any level. If you are looking to strengthen as well as maintain good posture through precise movements and breathing techniques, then our Pilates classes are for you.

 

Pretty Mummas

All our classes are baby friendly! You are welcome to bring your little one with you as the space is all in one room, the class space and area for them to hang out and watch you so they remain under your watch and care the whole time.
